How do I get the Aion bot and radar which I upgraded for?

I upgraded to the $8.95 a month sub so I could get the mmoviper aion radar and bot, but I can't figure out how to download it. I goto mmoviper.com and the only place it asks me to enter a username is the forum, so I use the username and password I use here with the premium account and it tells me invalid id. What do I do?
