Easy 2moons Vac Hack : Dekaron Submissions

Ok well evertime people want the VAC HACK in 2moons they always look it up and its always telling you to change numbers or use winhex or use monster editor, Well today my friends this is no more...
my friend and i have created a very simple bot that can help you use the vac hack sooner then expected. And beacause this is such a good day for me i will also include the exclusive SPEED HACK

INSTRUCTIONS:

1) Download the file from link posted above
2) once downloaded use WINRAR to extract it to your 2moons folder
3) run the 2moons_1click.exe and a duplicate yet aulotered 2moons will pop-up
4) vac hack will be in K or on the lower bar.

where i can find the binkw32.dll , couse it says me thats missing that file

I've followed the instructions but when i start 2moons it loads to about 65% then it just shut down. Whats this?
