need help with qeust : 9DR - General / Guide - Discussions

hello im playing 9dragon two weeks and i am now with a qeust that is so simple but if i do him it says quest cancelled

has anybody got ann idea for this because i must deliver a book to lushan city but if i go to zhengzhou it says aotomatically qeust cancelled :cry:
