About heal instant cast : 9Dragons Discussions

ok i think i have found the address but i'm not sure
cause i've put the address in freeze the time at 2
but it still takes 60seconds to recharge
the icon says it is recharge but it jsut doesn't work
can someone help me out here
or is the value for 1 min different different the 60000(for 60 seconds

i have figured out the pattern to find out the cast time for each skill which is wat i used to find the heal skills cast time for the my beggar

u probably got the right address but some skills dont allow u to change the recast time on it
most of the skills with high cool down time is serversided

well at least i know the pattern for re-cast time and it's representive owner.
now i'm trying to figure out how to change how long it takes to cast
and the range of skills XD
Happy though i've got my plus 31 buffs working now i just need to get to OC10 lol to get essence and con

Don't you get a instant heal at OC10?

Mine is a 3 second recharge, so by the time I casted it its recharged. Not sure how the Beggar's skill chart works.

I've tried the intsant recast before but I was totally unsuccessfull
