u can't minimize the game once The bot has started
Meditation key is not P it the key on ur hot bar
All auto buffs need to be turned off even ur meditation buff
make sure u have ur cast delay right, i always put it 2 seconds more then wat it is in the game just to make sure

Well, not trying to mess the discussion up, but this nice little program has always worked perfectly for me when I don't use the auto-cast slots.

Just enter p for meditation, fill in the skills to use, self-target, combat mode, and then F11.

It always does the meditation loop when I try to turn on steps and/or med.

Oh and don't worry about casting delay, you can just put 1 for each one, if it's not ready it'll just skip to the next option.
