WTF, WHY IS THIS FREE AGAIN!!! : 9Dragons Discussions

On a whim, i checked and realized this area is free yet again. WTF?! I refuse to post anything further on this site, and will be removing what is up right now, as I'm tired of redoing my stuff for patches that the mod's from this game obtain from sites like this. It's rediculious to go from protected from leeching/public to suddenly being accessable to all. What are you guys thinking, and WHY oh WHY would you do this without letting us know?


If anyone is looking for info, just pm me and if I know you, or you can give me a good reason, we can talk on msn. Other than that, I'm done posting here until it's premium members only. VERY ANGRY at you guys for doing this as it's going to just hamper all of us and lead to a ton of work for me...

double check, by loging out the site, and I tried to download something it's ask for the loging info, continue post stuff in here my friend.

Whoisthat is an idiot lol. He got a free premium membership and just didnt realize it or something hah. This area IS NOT FREE.

I logged out and still was able to access all of these forums. Nothing was blocked at all.... Get your facts straight and look into this...

just went to the 9dragons section and opened every sub-forum with an IE tab. IE has none of my information for any login so it was as if i was a guest and when i tried to access any of the topics in the 6 sections of this game only 2 allowed me to read the topics. that was general discussions and the news section. the other sections when i tried to view a topic immediatly sent me to log in. you can read topic titles but you can NOT read the topics themselves so the section is premium members only so please get your facts straight before making more false statements

Make sure that you actually looked at a thread. Because you can look at the topics, just not read them.

Shouldn't this section be premium also? I mean people do post here to get them confirmed. If any free member came here they could get the information directly from here before it is moved to confirmed.

thats why people need to post to the Submissions section. NOT here. only premium members can view the Submissions section, to give it a yay or a nay.

My issue is that even things in the confirmed secion are viewable. Maybe you cant download it, but it's still viewable to the general public. Thats what makes me not want to post anythign here.

your problem was that it was accessable to all, that issue was fixed when it went to premium only when it was requested because people can read topic titles but they cant do anything in the topic at all, cant even read them. that makes that forum section completly useless to regular members and gueses but what it does do is tell people "hey if you buy a subscription here you will have access to this" so in essence its advertisement.

For the record let me state how premium forums work.

1) You can see all topic titles but not read them in the premium areas
2) Premium members can post and read all things in these forums including the submissions area.
3) Guests can only view the news and gen discussion areas
4) Reg members can read and post in news and gen discussion. Also reg can post in the submissions but they can ONLY READ their post and not anyone else.

I just tested it 5 times to make sure and its working correctly. Case closed people can not read this section or the confirmed sections. I think maybe since you can see topic titles you think you can actually read the posts which you can not . Its a way for people to know we dont just have no one posting in here and its a real section.
