Uhh, how much of this stuff actually worked? : 9Dragons Discussions

Cast time is SERVER side(checked on SF healer kung fu skills) and cooldown time is SERVER side (again on SF healer). What's the deal? did they fix this stuff or are/were a lot of people BSing? Or what?

It did work but it was fixed. We just went premium now. Because to much leaking was going on.
