9Dragons Cheats - 2x for all skills. : 9Dragons Guides, Bots & Tools

Everybody who haves an healer/hyb or nuker knows how hard is to train some buffs or skills to c10.
And now that everybody wants to get their buffs to c12, is harder because there is no manual for c11.
so.. here it is: plain and simple.
When you have below 10% hp, you have 2x skills experience.
Anyway.. try to get as close as you can to 1% hp, but 7-8% hp is good too.
You just need to get near a mob, and let him hit you untill you hp only for leaving without dying.
Try to do this when you have full vital energy, because you can train skills more before meditating again, and refilling hp, and doing all this again.
This is ok if you want to train buffs and stuff, and it`s clear that you can`t train active skills and smashes, cuz you will die when attacking mobs with such a low hp.
so.. when is 2x event, with this 2x thing you get 4x

ve shield will be 2x easier to train now
