There are some levels at which I find it easier to make money than other levels. So I am gonna post them here. If it says a certain level, it means you can stay at that level and not do Chi Breathing so you can constantly do it if you need money. I will mention others that I think are note worthy.
From Opening Chi 1 to Raising Light 12, monsters have a chance of dropping Revolving Chakra relics.
From Losing Self 1 to Opening Chi 12, monsters have a chance of dropping Level 1 Elixirs
Opening Chi 12
Fight Bears in Shi Zhang/Zhengzhou. They drop Revolving Chakra level weapons which can be NPCed for a fair amount of money at your level. You can also keep activating the Heroic Quest every 10 minutes for an additional 500 gold.
From Revolving Chakra 1 to Five Dragons 12, monsters have a chance of dropping Lightfoot Tomes.
From Revolving Chakra 1 to Raising Light 12, monsters have a chance of dropping Level 2 Elixirs
Revolving Chakra 4+
In your clan base, there should be a Knife of White Shadow on the map. He has a low chance of dropping a Black Iron Trinket. You can sell it for a decent amount of money.
Revolving Chakra 12+
In Shi Zhang/Zhengzhou, there are Superior Giants, Drunken Swordsmen, Iron Flowers, and Bai Wu Chang. They all drop Passes to DeathValley. Some players may offer you 20k for one, but it can be worth far much more. I recommend you look in Hefei for the prices. The passes can drop at any level so you can come back at Immortal level and still pummel the mobs for pass drops. I think this is the only time that specific mobs will drop specific colored passes.
Drunken Swordsmen - Purple Pass
Superior Giant - Green Pass
Bai Wu Chang - Red Pass
Iron Flower - Purple Pass
Heartless Iron Flower - Green Pass
Frozen Iron Flower - Red Pass
Raising Light 3
By this time, you should have all the items necessary to complete the "Conqueror of Death Valley" collection quest. Get any 2 level 2 elixirs besides strength. You will get strength level 2 from a quest later. Do not drink these if you want to make some money later on. If you need to drink elixirs, its best to drink [Dungeon] type elixirs since those cannot be used for collection quests.
Raising Light 12
In Datong/Jinan there is a special quest mob known as Cursed Lightning, the Depraved Monk. He has a very small chance of dropping Passes to Tian Yin Palace. He also drops half of the collection items for the coin collection.
From Five Dragons 1 to Elemental Crown 12, mobs have a chance of dropping Five Dragons relics.
From Five Dragons 1 to Sun and Moon 12, mobs have a chance of dropping Level 3 Elixirs.
Five Dragons 6
In Conqueror's Cave 1, you can find Blade of Black Shadow and Heavenly Claw of White Shadow. They both drop Black Iron Trinkets which you can sell for a good amount of money. They can also drop a ring, but those are pretty awful and not worth that much.
Five Dragons 12
In Datong/Jinan, there are Blind ____ Demons. They all drop Passes to the Valley of Hell. They are worth more than Passes to Death Valley since no one farms them. It is extremely difficult for most players to farm them and some players just skip these monsters as well. I only remember Blind Cudgel and Spade demons but I can't remember which mobs drop which colored passes. It is easy for caster types to farm since they can fight red difficulty enemies fairly easy at this level.

Also, in Conquerer's Cave 1 Postern, the Infantry drops 50 damage wristbands. You can sell them fairly easy to other players for some extra money. Conquerer's Cave also produces more blood essence from monsters than other places. Be warned though, PKers tend to wander around Conquerer's Cave 1 so you might get PKed.
From Sun and Moon on, monsters have a chance of dropping Advanced Meditation and Steps Tomes.
Sun and Moon 4
By this time you should be able to complete your "Conqueror of Valley of Hell" collection quest. If you had saved the 2 level 2 elixirs from the "Conqueror of Death Valley" collection quest, you should have all the level 2 elixirs. If you can get your hands on 5 Blood Essence, you can trade it in for a Wan Daye's Raising Light weapon. It may not be much use to you now, but if you get a Sword or Saber, you can sell it for a lot of money. Considering that you got all the elixirs for free, its pretty good.
Sun and Moon 8
In Conqueror's Cave 2 near one of the Forbidden Fist of Wu Tang spawns, you can find Ghostly Claw of Black Shadow. He can drop a cheap relic that adds damage. It isn't that great but it still helps and is fairly useful to some people still.
Sun and Moon 12
In Conquerer's Cave 2, there are Heavy Infantry. They drop 50 damage wristbands supposedly (I have not gotten one from them myself yet). They have a extremely low chance of dropping the high end pills (Red Glob, Blue Glob, Yellow Glob) at this level but they are much rarer than collectibles and blood essence. They also have a small chance of dropping keys for the chests on that floor.
Iron Hammer Vanguards can drop Beast Clan Passes. They tend to mob and it could get quite dangerous depending on which map you are on. This is the earliest you can start farming them.
If you think you can handle orange difficulty monsters, there are Tiger Riders in Hangzhou/Nanchang. They are orange at Sun and Moon 12 but they drop Beast Clan Passes of all colors and level 4 elixirs. They also drop weapons up to the low elemental crown levels.
From Golden Blossoms 12 to Elemental Crown 12, mobs have a chance of dropping Level 4 Elixirs.
Golden Blossoms 1
At this level you can pretty much solo Choice of Fate by yourself unless you are a Nuker. Warriors might have a bit of trouble but they should still be able to do it in time. If not get a healer. Either create another character to farm passes so you can do runs and sell the loot OR you can bring lower levels through the Choice of Fate for them so that they can get the Conquerer of Death Valley Epithet on the condition that you get to keep whatever the boss drops. This way not only do you save yourself passes to death valley and get yourself the Killer of Meng Mian/Shuan Mian Epithet but you also get to sell the loot that the boss drops. If you happen to get 2 slot speed shirt or pants, that could be a lot of money right there.
Coin Mansion/Wild Tower Clothing
I did not know where I should put this, but I decided to put it here since this is when you can get the passes off of normal mobs. If you are on a server where there are a lot of FC5+, you can try to trade them some Passes to Tian Yin Palace or Passes of Beast Clan in order to get Coin Mansion and Wild Tower Clothing. You will have to fork over a decent amount of passes if you want something good like 4 pocket stuff. Don't expect to get something for less than 3 passes. If you want 4 pocket stuff, you will probably need 10 or more passes. Now, if you are VERY desperate for money, you can try to sell those clothes, otherwise you should try to keep them for your own personal use.
I recommend you try to get them in this order.
Shirt - 150 hp/ve, 5% critical damage, 4 pockets
Pants - 100 hp/ve, 50 dodge, 4 pockets
Shoes - 20% speed
Optional:
Hat - 1/1000 ve drain. good for everyone except warrior.
Wristbands - 100 hp/ve
Backpack - no bonus stats
Golden Bossoms ?
Around the Golden Blossoms level, there are 2 quests which give you level 3 elixirs. You get level 3 essence and level 3 constitution elixirs. if you get 2 of the other elixirs from the Golden Coins and Beast Clan collections, you will have 4 of the level 3 elixirs. Then if you can get your hands on the last one and some blood essence, you can trade it in for Wan Daye's Five Dragons weapon. It's worth about twice to three times as much as the Raising Light weapon. Again, swords and sabers are worth the most.
Golden Blossoms 4
Near the Shaolin Polearm mobs and the hermit in Conqueror's Cave 3, is another boss. I'm not sure which relic this boss drops, but all of the other bosses can drop decent or good relics so its worth a shot. He is weaker than the Shaolin Polearms so he isn't that strong.
Golden Blossoms 6-11
In Conquerer's Cave 3, there are a type of monsters called Glaivemen. There are quite a large number of them there and they can drop 100 damage wristbands. And because it is Conquerer's Cave, there is a pretty good chance for Blood Essence drops. The moment you hit Golden Blossoms 12, they turn light blue so it becomes harder to get drops from them. They also have a small chance of dropping the keys used for the chests on that floor.
If you train on Glaivemen in the hallways, you should keep an eye out for the defense trinket boss (Vicious Fist the Blood Lord). There are also some Patriot Monuments for you to break. They have an extremely low chance of dropping gold, blood essence, relics, and collectibles.
Golden Blossoms 12
In Hangzhou/Nanchang there are Wyvern Bears. They can drop passes to the beast clan. The black clans have to be extremely careful in Hangzhou because the Necromancer boss spawns nearby so there is a high probably of being attacked by him.
From Elemental Crown 1 to Floral Crown 12, mobs have a chance of dropping Elemental Crown relics.
Elemental Crown 1-5
Near the Brotherhood Spears, the floating swords, and the secret chest is a spawn point for another boss. He is strong if you are still at the low ECs so you should mob up on him with some other people your level. He has a extremely low chance of dropping a 2/1000 hp drain relic.
Elemental Crown 7-12
There is a party quest that you can do for both white clans and black clans. You need to buy the correct scroll from the scroll merchant in Hefei and have a party of at least 4 people who are within these levels as well. It is the quickest way to level up from Elemental Crown 7 to 12. Each time you do the quest you get 10000 gold and 90000 exp and it takes about 10 minutes to do it once if you have a decent party. The quest mobs spawn every 10 minutes or so. In addition, you can grind with the EC7+ mobs nearby and get more Passes of Tian Yin Palace and Beast Clan Passes. The monsters for the quest also have a chance of dropping Beast Clan Passes. This is the last opportunity for you to hunt for these passes while grinding as well.
From Floral Crown 1 to ???, mobs have a chance of dropping Level 5 Elixirs.
Elemental Crown 12
In Conquerer's Cave 4 near the Vagabond, there are some enemies called Bodyguard of General Wei. They have area attacks and have strong physical defense, but they drop 150 damage wristbands and drop level 5 elixirs. They can cause huge area of effect bleed and silence so watch out.
In the middle of the hallway between the Vagabond and the opposite end, the boss that drops the 2/1000 hp drain relic spawns here sometimes too. Keep your eye out for it.
Floral Crown 5+
At the end of Conquerer's Cave 4 near the entrance to Conquerer's Cave 5 is General Wei. He drops anywhere from 2 to 10 blood essence each time he is killed. He has a chance of dropping 300 damage wristbands and 15% critical weapons I believe. He is extremely powerful and a party is recommended to bring down.
Also, near General Wei's spawn point is a special monument. You can break it and it will always drop something. It's pretty tough so you will need to beat on it for a while before it goes down. Usually, you only get a herb and some gold, but it can drop relics and blood essence too. The Messengers of General Wei can disrupt nerve so watch out for them.
Alternative, Opening Chi 7+
Look on your map for a heroic quest. Heroic quests are repeatable and will give you a reward even if you don't make the ranking. Some lasts for only 10 minutes, other lasts for as much as an hour. Some of the quests will time how long it takes you to kill a certain number of mobs. You can't do this with those quests since you actually have to go kill them.
Alternative, Raising Light+
Or if you want to be a bit mean, you can just hunt down every boss you possibly can for blood essence. At Raising Light you can begin doing bosses in Shi Zhang/Zhengzhou. At Golden Blossoms you can do just about every boss in Datong/Jinan. At Floral Crown you can do every boss in Hangzhou/Nanchang. No matter what, always try to bring a healer. Even if you are a healer, you should bring another healer. Bosses also have a small chance of dropping elixirs.
Shi Zhang/Zhengzhou Bosses - Level 2 Elixirs
Datong/Jinan Bosses (except Shen Mo, Snake Coiled Beauty and Blade Witch) - Level 3 Elixirs
Datong/Jinan Bosses (Snake Coiled Beauty and Blade Witch) - Level 4 Elixirs
Nanchang/Hangzhou Bosses - Level 5 Elixirs
Alternative, Any Level
Go to Hefei and spend your time looking for under priced items. Buy low and sell high. It takes a lot of time and effort to do this but you can do it to earn lots of money.
Alternative, Herb Farming
Go to Bloody Plains and break chests and get herbs. Go to Hefei and sell them for money. You will get PKed and you will get high levels chasing you down if you are low level.
