Here are the Quests in Datong. They are from RC12-FD6 or 7.
Relics of the Clan of Four Gods
When you finished your plates (just keep doing quest in Shi Zhang and Hefei, some of those quests will give you part of the plates), you will get this quest in Hefei. Talk to the person to start a series of quest to get your first useful epithet. He is near the southwest exit of the Hefei Marketplace.
These are where the plates can be gotten:
1. First Plate can be gotten from your starting town. A quest series title "Ten Years of Peace (I-IV)"
2. Second Plate is from Shi Zhang in Laogou Village. The quest series is either "Red Silk Dress (I-II)" or "The Golden Armor (I-II)".
3. Thrid Plate is from Hefei. The quest series is "Mindful Son (I-III)".
4. Fourth Plate is from Shi Zhang in Xuanshe Village. (I forgot the quest name but it is from a lady. The first part is to find her dead fiancee or something. Second is to get something from the black stump. Third is to kill Irongut the Giant.)
The Relics of Four Gods' Clan I & II
Part I is pretty easy. Just "speak" to the Mysterious Statue, then turn around and speak with Duanmu Pishan who you met in Hefei.
Part II is to kill a Bloodtheif Disciple to get a key (you may have to kill a few). "Talk" to the Mysterious Statue to finish your quest.

The God Statue of ChangQiu Village I
Talk to the ChangQiu village chief to start the quest. Kill 5 Lightning Shadow Disciples to finish it.

Get the quest from the same Village Chief. Your task is to kill a Bloodthief Disciple.

Start the quest from Village Chief. Defeat a Guardian Purple Spirit to get a key, then open a box nearby to find the god statue. Just try ervery box there (the boxes are near the arch, opposite of statue from other quest).

Get this series from Constable Li Guan. First task is to kill Sweeping Club Yang. (He is between the Bloodwolf Thieves and Bloodwolf Raiders)

Initiate the quest from Village Chief of MeiXiang, Song Wenshao. Talk to the doctor and come back.

Try to kill a Cripple Demon to get the sample of the poison that is causing this quest. Kill Crippled Demons, not the other Deadly ones. Once they morph into the strong ones, run (unless you can kill them which isn't needed). You may have to kill a few.

Just talk to the guy and tell him your clan (Not sure but when I chose Brotherhood, I recieved an Epithet. When I chose Demon, I didn't get it. Never chose Flower since I don't use one).

Ask the Bodyguard Gao Yuexian to start the quest. Next talking target is Young Nobleman Lord Sima nearby.
