make an AHK script : 9Dragons - Submissions

Can someone make me a AHK script that does the following:

While holding F it continuously scans around the center of the screen or where you are pointing 1900 X 1080.

If it detects red or a variation of red it will right click one time

Anyone able to do something like this?
