AOC Forums : Age of Conan Discussions

I'm a new player still in the 30 day "free period". Even tho I provided charge card info and set up my subscription, I can't get the AOC Support people to answer any questions and I don't seem to be able to get into the official AOC Website Forums to find answers to my questions. I read something yesterday on the opening page of the LOGIN routine that "seemed" to indicate that one could not access the Official Forums until the end of the "free period". Does anyone know if this is TRUE??? If so it seems unfair since we paid for the Game Files etc. Don't mean to be flaming anyone or any org, just looking for info that I can't get thru the official AOC people.

I'm not sure what your problem would be. Have you been to Register to unlock hidden link to register your copy and set all that stuff up?

If so, you should be able to change/create your forum account in there.

I kept not being able to login to the forums two days after live started.

I kept sending emails to support kept getting form letters back and after a week it started working and about 10 or so support reports.
