Looks great so far... Were these screenshots taken with high graphics or low?

The beta version of AoC can only run in Medium graphic

These seem a bit old. The newer beta client has a different UI from what I can tell..

Nice though. Its good to see people leaking stuff...

I am sorry to say , that i am was in the beta testing of this game. I was let down.

Im not. I find the game quite fun actually.

The graphics in the screenshot look nowhere near the current state of the game. They just recently pushed the game back so that they could even further polish it.

It was a good decision. The game is playing nicely and performance is a lot better than it was. The textures right now are for the "general" beta client so we don't get all of the uber nice stuff that the "technical" beta gets. Even with medium textures the game looks pretty hot with anti aliasing and anti isotrophy.
