cBot : Age of Conan Discussions

An aoc bot I found while searching google.. No viruses found, it comes with source code. I haven't had a chance to play with it.

You know, this is the second time I can remember that this has been an issue with CodePlex.

You would think that Microsoft of all people, with all their resources, could keep this under control.

Last time this happened Codeplex was down for like a bit over a week.

i download it, i can say is really user unfriendly
without a very good guide i will not able to get it to start.

it bothers me that it asks for your login and password to the game.

cBot is a modular .net application that serves as a bot chat in Age of Conan.

Perhaps the reason it is not user friendly, is that it is not meant as a combat bot?

If it asks for your account and password I wouldn't trust it at all...

No matter how tempting, NEVER enter your Username or password into any program. It may not be a virus, but it can send your information to a third party.

I have been looking over the source, it seems to be prety clean. can anyone else comfirm it?

It is clean, It was based off the AO bot, I have built about 7 or 8 apps into this far, Works great and is clean as far as i can tell atm,
