Easy way to finish Ymir's Call : Age of Conan Discussions

There is a very easy way to finish Ymir's Call. It takes a while but you can solo it very easily. On top of the mountain where you need to shoot totem poles, there is a little mountain inbetween that stone stage looking platform and the Ymir Boss. If you approach the little hill that looks like a ramp and run up it while jumping you can get on top of that cliff. From there you can shoot two near by totems. The Ymir Sorcerers will spawn but will be unable to attack you since they can not approach you so they will just run around before giving up. This took me about 20-30 minutes. I am a ranger class so this would work for rangers or any ranged classes.

you can solo it prety easy with a guardian... I just run in ignoring the mobs, hit the nearest 4 totems (they need only one or two hits to fall), ran away to the safe spot, rest and repeat with the remaing 2 totems (you have do destroy 6 of them as far as I remember)...

As a Necro you can spam your pets to kill and hit the totems from same spot.
