Jump off of anything with no fall damage : Age of Conan Discussions

Hey guys. Just discovered this one. You can jump off of anything, no matter how high, and receive no fall damage. I'm figuring you can get to some places the game doesn't want you to be using this method.

Here we go.

1. Type in /setoption limbo_window 1 into chat, but don't send it.
2. Take the selection off of chat (so you can move)
3. Jump off cliff or high object
4. Press enter twice as quickly as you can. This will cause your character to do something peculiar that my guess is you haven't seen before. You will be floating in mid air with the falling animation. I came up with this exploit when I realized that there is only one thing that can make your character move when /setoption limbo_window is set to 1 (which as you'll see, is the window that appears when you're dead). The only thing that will make you move is /stuck. I am currently working on an exploit using /stuck to move you while in mid air, as it seems exploitable (it just looks like it could be a gold mine). ANYWAY.
5. As your character is floating and in falling animation, type /camp and press enter. Let 15 seconds pass and log out.
6. Log back in, and you're character's at the bottom, unscathed.

This would work if you could feasibly fall for 15 seconds until you log out, but since you can't, you must use my method of making you 'pause' in mid air.

side-note: try to do it as soon as you can after you jump off the cliff. If you wait 'till you're too far away, when you /setoption, you'll teleport to the ground and take fall damage. Let me know if this exploit even works outside of the two places I've tested it.

further side note, more important: it appears as if it teleports you down to the ground when you /setoption if there is no 'wall' to land on. The places I was testing this on weren't perfectly flat. It probably works best if, as I said above, you do the /setoption the second your character would normally 'fall' off the cliff (hoping to catch a lip so the trick will work)
