Looks like they fixed a lot of the speedhacking with patch : Age of Conan Discussions

Tried using my normal speedhack program (one of the many, they all do the same thing), and it works to a degree (like for sprinting speed). Any higher than sprinting speed, and you'll start getting warped back.

Kinda sucks. I'll miss getting across zones in 5 seconds. Same goes for waypoint warp hacks. Tried one of those, and it shows you at the waypoint for a split second, but then warps you back to your previous position.

Is it confirmed?
