AoC Bugs/Exploits - See all resource nodes : Age of Conan Guides, Bots & Tools

This bug is repeatable, but not easily triggered manually at this point.

Occasionally while playing, the server will kick you off spontaneously without a disconnect error message. If you immediately log back in as the same character and bring up the map, you will notice that you now have waypoints on your map for all resource nodes within about a 1/2 map radius of your current location.

These nodes are NOT permanent, and should be added manually to your map as actual waypoints prior to zoning or logging out. I have had this happen several times and was lucky one of those times to be in purple lotus, thus the 100% complete portion of the map. If you manage to have this bug happen to you, please make a post saying what you were doing at the time and (if possible) attach the logfile from your game directory for that time period. If this is a repeatable bug it makes mapping out all resource nodes a simple task.

This is known as the Resource Bug and from what I heard it was suppost to be a working game mechanic but hopefully it isnt. This happens after the instance crashes and you are kicked off. Like you said logging back in and checking the map will bring up resource nodes but from what I have discovered it will not be EVERY resource point but MOST. I found a few that wasnt on the map.
