AoC Cheats - Athyr the Shadow Master in BRC Solo/Group/Raid : Age of Conan Guides, Bots & Tools

In order to do this exploit you need the following at a minimum. I suggest you take a full group of 6 and you can kill the boss in about 25 minutes, you can zone out and then log out / zone back in and then repeat it. The boss will spawn instantly.

GEAR THAT DROPS IS TIER 2 BRACERS/HELM

At a minimum you need a tempest of set spec'd in totems and cyclones if you want to kill the boss quickly.

Initially there will be trash in the instance, you should have a guardian / someone good at running to run through and play linebacker to get you to through the first kill, afterwards you can just run in there free will and no trash will be up (sorry no trash for the screenshots)

1. Zone into the instance

2. Move to bottom of stairs and use the crouch feature, face the corner of the wall as illustrated in the picture below.

3. Jump into the corner of the wall until you are inside (see picture below)

4. Once inside, turn off crouch and SPRINT + RUN + JUMP, pay attention to the image, look at where you jump and the goal... this may take several times to figure out but try it until you get it, very easy to do. **NOTICE THE RED LINE** you need to SPRINT + RUN and JUMP at the red line and through the wall. You will fly through the wall and end up on the other side. If you miss, your going to fall all the way into the black abyss, you can ALT+F4 and will be outside the instance alive (just do it while you are falling)

5. If you haven't killed the boss before, here is where your guardian linebacker comes into play. The next series of images explains the path.

* START RUNNING, GO AROUND TO LEFT, THEN RIGHT, THEN THROUGH THE OPENING ON YOUR LEFT... FOLLOW THE IMAGE SEQUENCE BELOW.

Have someone pull the boss around to the back of the pillar, he is back there, get the ToS to throw down his totems / cyclones.

If you want your additional team to help kill, make sure they are COMPLETELY behind the pillar at all times or they will get AOE'd as that big dude in the center grows... Once your ToS gets him to 95% (we did it as fast as 98%) you can have everyone else come out of the pillar and start DPS.

I can't go in yet because I haven't been keyed (haven't killed visitrix)
This just reminded me that I missed getting keyed today with my other guildies, so stupid

to enter brc you need to kill vistrix first and do that quest line.

Can be moved to confirmed, thats they way I was killing her many times. Can be used on any other boss too, except Chatha (a bit bugged, too much life, ...)

ill give it /yay then since starputzer kinda confirmed + the screens are awsume, cant wit for ur other posts, im gonna try and solo vistrix now for the key and try this

vistrix was a tough one, had a hard time because he leashes.... i'm sure it can be done but haven't figured it out yet...

How do you make it to Vistrix solo?

To get to vistrix solo, you just gotta use those light posts, and move from one to another... have a guardian or some tank class linebacker for you. I know a guardian can run from top to vistrix room w/o issue

I am using AoC buddy for this, just moving via x,y,z-axis to where I want to and then either run around or move into a lightpost

But that guide definitely works I think till July 30th, because there is a patch incoming where you cannot hide behind pillars anymore (from aoe,etc...).

aww yea i've never used aoc buddy, but i imagine it would work well...
