Lets say that your raid party loots a bag or chest from any fallen creature. The coin within the bag or chest is divided among the entire raid. However, if you place the raid leader in group #1 all by himself and he is the one clicking on the item loot, the coin is not divided up, thus, each person in the group gets the full amount of coin from the bag/chest.
