We are temporarily disabling the creation of new characters on the following servers:

[East] Marchutan
[West] Ariel
[East] Israphel
[East] Lumiel
[West] Siel
[East] Zikel
[East] Azphel
[East] Triniel
[West] Vaizel
 
This is intended to provide a population..
