RIFT Beta Impressions : Aion - General / Guide - Discussions

I played through the first beta weekend and I was fairly put-off

by it. It was so linear and so typical of every other MMO. It felt

like WoW mixed with Warhammer, with nothing really unique. I've

been invited to every beta event since then, but have decided to

pass on it. It's just not the game for me.

With that said, how have you felt about the game? I hear SV is

moving to RIFT, but how could it possibly fill the shoes of a more

open game like Vanguard?
