Best way to make money in end game is to ask the hundreds of people who are leaving if you can have their stuff. Hell half my guild left and i'm rich lol. Sadly now I am leaving but nobody around to give it all to.

hehe I'm quite lucky and have a very active guild and have few leavers so far. But unless they do add some content soon I'm sure it will go the same way as your guild ;p

Well the new farming for gold and pvp points is in Thunder river. The bridges is good trap points for pvp and the eggs in the new instance and the slaughtercellar gives realy good cash. With my tank i can make realy big pulls innside slaughtercellar and just stack counterstrike and they all dead. The other instance you need a group and aint that effective but cool new gear.

Best is to make 80 necro, AoE spec it and go powerlevel people in ER, i have earned 700g from it now. i always make a raid, invite 12 40lvls( after 40, no max xp cap) and they pay like 1g per lvl, they get about. 7lvls in a hour or more if i do it with kick7reinv style. you can calculate yourself.
