Powerleveling/gold pay by phone?? : Archlord Discussion

Hey, i've been looking for a way to buy ArchLord gold or get some powerleveling (was hacked and too lasy to do the last few lvls i wanted with crappy armor) and pay by phone. I know it's possible since someone once told me they did it often. The only thing is, i can't find where i can do this..
I've searched every damn google page lol.
So any help would be appreciated, thank you
