As compensation for the authentication server problems in July, Turbine is giving all pre-existing characters a Grael pack doll. If you do not like your pack doll you can trade it in for one free level.

As a reminder, this offer is only valid during the August patch. On Tuesday, September 12, 2006, Turbine will take down the worlds for the September patch. As part of the patch, the ability to get a Grael pack doll and free level will be removed from the game.
