Space Cowboys : Beta Talk

Take your favorite flight simulator, add a touch of gundam wing, and some poor translation ability and you've got Space Cowboys.

Its fun... You get an airplane type 'gear' which you use to shoot down other flying things. There are missions you go on which reward you with exp and money. These two things can add up to upgrading your gear with well.. gear. Better chassis, engines, ect..


Fun overall. Poor translation.

It's online, and you don't even need to buy it to play online ( if you know what I mean :p ) But the online activity relies on the player-made servers.

There isn't a required "link" to connect to a server. The servers hosted here are more of "listen / dedicated", sitting very close to CS servers, or BF servers. These servers are completely different from the average MMORPG.

The game is a basic MMORPG, but instead of leveling on foot/mount/ whatever fantasies may come, you pilot a ship, starting with the crap junkie one. Then you can work your way up, traveling around 30.. 40? star systems, and visiting over 70 planets, working for many different factions... or even go rogue and serve for the minions of evil...

The game is not free originally (bought with CD, then playable online), but since this game is quite old (graphics surprise me), you can easily download from BT or FTP, without a keygen, and still play online!
