You buy them for 10mil from the grocer. They are level 40+. Followed by a short quest to ride it.

sorry should have told you that im on eur server....problem is they arnt for sale from grocers here...so we have to depend on them dropping from a creep

so if by anychance they are also a drop on the server u are on i would like to know which creeps they most commonly drop from

I know they are hidden inside chaos lamps on Europe servers, my friend took one out lately... (any chaos lamp is good, but the chance is little that it will be an astral board, maybe when i have enough money, the next chaos lamp i'll get will be opened by me again, but for now i'm just selling them at APC's)

sorry, but i cant tell you more, i dont know more just open each chaos lamp you got and you'll be the lucky bastard once in your gaming carrier...

actiually astral boards drop by mobs in the undead ground.this mobs look like an astral board...yeah maybe you some patient to do that better to trust your luck
