cannot use my main char to BOOT : Cabal - General / Guide - Discussions

CAN SOME 1 HELP ME...I CANNOT USE MY CHAR TO BOT.BUT I CAN USED MY OTHER CHAR TO BOT.Y THIS HAPPEN EVEN THEY IN SAME ACCOUNT...I HAVE 4 CHAR, THE 3 CAN USE BOT BUT ONLY 1 CANNOT. (THEY IN SAME ACCOUNT). I OREDY DOWNLOAD THE NEW 1 BUT STILL SAME.OSO RESTART MY COM. IF I USE MY BLADER(PROBLEM 1) MY COM WILL LAG, TILL DC..
PLS SOME 1 HELP ME....
