Cabal - Premium Accounts – Slight glitch in the system : Cabal Online - News

In the past few days we have been made aware of a small section of premium users who have found that their premium time was incorrectly processed or reset last weekend. Affecting only a small number of user accounts the glitch has meant that we must handle these cases on a case by case basis. If you were one of the unlucky few who have been affected by this, please open a support ticket entitled “PREMIUM Account: RESET” under the Payment category. You will then need to provide us with either the user id of your account or registered email. We will endeavour to update your account as quickly as possible, however please be patient.
