As announced, we have now cancelled all credit card recurring payments.

The cancellations we performed due to the change in service scheduled for later this month.

However, we ask you to cancel your recurring SMS payments now. You can cancel you recurring weekly SMS subscription by :

Texting the word STOP to the usual SMS number for your country (this will be free)

or

Login to your website account and scroll down to the bottom of the purchasing page to the 'Cancel Recurring SMS Payments' section.
Enter your mobile phone number (including your country code) and your password.
Click Submit.
