A brief update on the tickets sent in to Support for Item Compensation.

Thanks everyone for your patience we are gradually working through the tickets but please don't panic if you haven't had a reply yet there are still quite a few to process.

Can you please remember that it will make our job a lot easier and therefore faster if you can include your game username, the name of the character to be compensated and the server that character plays on.
