It has been agreed that due to the issues with the incorrect description of the Diamond Package for which the package description showed that the diamond package had 25% extra wexp and platinum did not, that a full refund will be applied to players who purchased the package within the days that the description was wrong.

This period is roughly two days to a week long, from when the latest update was applied (i.e. when Openbeta went live). If you bought a Diamond package in this period you should send a ticket to support - Item Shop with a screen shot of the purchase date.
