It's strange to think that Register to unlock hidden link is older than my car. But that's only the tip of the iceberg, as the game is six years old as of today and still running strong. Oh, sure, there are some signs of aging here and there, some parts that don't fit quite as well as they did back when it launched... but the game holds up pretty darn well. And that's astonishing, considering that it launched a full year before the game that generally gets the credit for starting new paradigms of MMO design.

Of course, you can go further back and point out that a lot of the "innovations" that Register to unlock hidden link included were present beforehand, and you'd be correct.
