• Fixed an issue with the “Rectified Reticle – Increased Perception” Invention Origin Enhancement that prevents characters from leveling up if the enhancement is slotted.

Winter Event:

The Winter Slalom Race Time goals have changed:
* 25 sec – Gold
* 35 sec – Silver
* 45 sec – Bronze

• Holiday Spirit and Scrooge Badges can now be purchased from the Candy Keeper in the Ski Chalet.

• The indoor Ice Cavern map with Baby New Year has been fixed so that enemy spawns no longer disappear.

Blasters

• Blaster Defiance is no longer affected by Level Modification. So, you get the same bonus against higher level critters as you get from attacking lower level critters.

• Blaster Defiance Buff from Area of Effect powers will no longer stack from the same power. For example, if you use Flares twice, you would have twice the bonus. If you use Flares and Fireball, you would have the bonus from both powers. If you use Fireball twice, however, you will only have the bonus a single time.

• Removed old Defiance bar from UI for Blasters.
