COH / COV - Rocketman 5, Open Tryouts! (And Rocketman 4 Film : City of Heroes - News

Hello everyone, I am Molten Slowa, the "launcher" of the rocket man CoH movies , found here. For Rocket man 5, we wanted to get a lot of people involved in this, so we figured we'd have "auditions" and "callbacks". This is actually really cool to see for your own eyes.

When: January 27th (Time TBA, but count on afternoon, EST time)
Where: Galaxy City, Test server (Callback date TBA)

What should I bring?
Any powerset with a known visible blast set. Almost every blaster primary and defender secondary has this. This includes, but is not limited to:

Fire
Ice
Dark blast
Sonic
Psionic
Energy Blast
Radation Blast
Spines (Impale and throw spines)
Claws (Focus)
Super Strength/Stone (Hurl Boulder)
Force Field (Force bolt)
Assault Rifle (M30, and LRM Rocket)

You will be given 3-4 tries, after an explanation on what to do. Depending on how well you do, you'll be called back to help us with rocket man 5. I suggest everyone who's interested show up and try this.

On another note, Rocket man 4 will be filmed this friday, the 18th, in steel canyon, around 8:00 pm EST. Come out and see and Rocket's launch for themselves!

Points to you if you show up friday and can figure out how this all works. If you can give us a good explanation, and tell us how we replicate it each time, you're pretty much in for 5.
