Fence Exploit : City of Heroes - Submissions

When you are in any zone, there are certain fences in which only PCs can stand on. This is where the fun begins. You can jump onto the fence when a mob is chasing you, and while on the fence, the mob can only hit you with ranged attacks, which they won't because they are trying to hit you up close. But by being on the fence, you are out of their melee range. So basically, you can kill them, but they can't kill you.javascript:emoticon(':lol:')

Can you give some examples of areas these are in?

such as in KR...the fences in which are really skinny...the ones without the barbed wire...the wooden ones.
