Non aggro lvl20 mobs : City of Heroes - Submissions

Zone - Steel Canyon
Locale - Platinum Lake - Far left hand side of map, top road next to shield wall

Mob AI bug.
Have yourself a run down this road, occasionally you'll see a lone lvl20 Button Man bruiser talking to an Outcast shocker or other Outcast mob, if you kill the Outcast quick you'll usually find that the lvl20 won't attack you. You can now pound upon him with impunity with a good XP reward, good influence and the chance of a lvl 19 or 20 training or Dual Origin enhancment.

If you see a GROUP of lvl20 mobs of this type talking to outcasts then don't attack alone, there is a chance they will go aggro on you if theres more than one.

What lvl do you have to be in order to kill the other guy quickly. im at lvl 10 would i get creamed ??

this got me killed... so I won't bother trying again, besides it was really hard to find just 1 Family guy talking to Outcasts, you waste so much time you might just go kill other stuff.
