They can leap "off" tall buildings : City of Heroes - Submissions

Don't mess around with knockback attacks that don't work half of the time! Let the bad guys kill themselves. Or at least help!

This is a great little trick that I learned once I earned my Hover power from the Flight pool. Position yourself above a roof on the side without a fire escape. The taller the building the better! Be sure to stay out of range until you are ready to attack. Choose any attack that will get the bad guys attention and hopefully injure them. DoT is one of the best! Once they see you they will run after you not paying any attention to what is below them. After you finish off the bad guys that didn't jump then you can float on down and kill off the jumpers. A lot of the time they will even be coming back for seconds. Awsome!

Do you get the full XP from the ones that did jump and receive fall damage?

Good question. It is important to chase down the fallen enemy and finish the kill. If you don't you won't get your full xp. Thanks for the reply.
