SO before lvl 22 : COH - General / Guide - Discussions

I remember an old trick to stumble accross SOs that were lower than 25, lowest was 16 for me, supposidly theres lower. But it doesnt work anymore.
It involved going to places where you could agro an enemy in one section of a zone, and lead him past the borders of another into a lower lvl mob and gain strange lvl enhancements.

Does anyone know where this works, or what im doing wrong? I know I was getting it to work a while back with DOs and SOs. Ever since i took a break from making new characters, I havent done it.

I figgured out how to pick up lvl all your SO's. You need to fight 30+ sked with your lvl char of choice. And you need to fight in steel city door mish. For some reason it doesnt work anywhere else.

I have a lvl 12 defender sporting ALL lvl15 SOs.

Now if its worth all the work... prolly not until your stuck with a char that you truelly love at a low level.
