Hi my friend suscribed for daoc xunleash on friday , she paid and all by paypal but did not yet received her pass . Woot does she need to do ? i think she sent u many mail but did received nothing till now . Thanks again .

make sure right email was mentioned.As far as I understand, this thing is automatickly generated, it's not Wyv, who decided not to send u anything.

Mail adress is ok she has the mail back confirmation payement from paypal but still nothing from xunleash no pass etc

all the info you need is in the SUBSCRIPTION email from paypal. or / else check the details of the subscription trough paypal.
