Formatted PC and Request Pwd Error : DAOC Discussion

I formatted my PC, wrote all my info down but it seems I got the pwd wrong. I have multiple keys, but the "request password" feature is only sending me 1, and that 1 is the wrong one. How can I get the one that goes with the key for this PC?

I also need update into Premium Membership. I emailed the admin, hope that is right.
