You can get skill ups for "Siege Hammer" by hitting a person with it and it only does 5 dmg a swing to a player.. if you hit them as fast as it swings a simple heal self macro every 11 seconds will keep the person your hitting alive. This will also gain the person being hit Acrobatics skil...You will get .1 per every swing.. you can macro up the skill in a matter of hours..
The acrobatics gain will reduce fall damage.
Siege hammer skill will help knock buildings down quicker by doing more dmg to them.
