Walk On The Ocean Floor And Kill Sea Mobs Easily : DFO - Cheats / Exploits

1.With the new bluetail and bear mounts you can spawn them on the ocean floor,mount them, and ride around on the bottom without the effects of being underwater. Now once you get off the mount you are able to walk around on the ocean floor the same as if you are on normal land,(you can still cast etc and get no ill effects like drowning).

2.Using the above trick you can lure a kraken to one of the very deepest parts of the ocean while on a fast mount. It must be a really deep spot if not it can still hit you.If you get it to a deep enuf spot you can dismount and cast/arrow it for ever without it being able to hit you. It just floats there like a sausage. Also do this at a shark/sea serpent spawn for easy mage/arch gains with no risk.You dont have to lure em anywhere just sit on ocean floor at thier spawn point while they swim in slow circles above you.(sharks also drop astrolabs which currently sell for about 12k a piece)

Hint: anything you can spawn on normal ground can also be spawned on ocean floor while doing this.(siege stones ,warhulks,cannons etc..)

could you shoot a sea tower from the ocean floor with a warhulk? hmmmm..

This has been nerfed, you can no longer summon anything while underwater in the ocean.

you can still summon bluetails and bear mounts..havent tried anything else in awile

I keep trying to do this, but my guy just floats up ... he won't summon anything ... not sure why it works for you, but not for me.

Now, a couple friends and I did try this and managed to get it to work, we didn't realize you had to be at x depth before it would work. But ... now I've run into another situation ... When I'm running the ocean floor ... the game doesn't even recognize the fact that I am there ... nothing spawns .... so we took it a step further ... we swam around and waited until the kraken spotted us ... and he did, and he came after us. As soon as we got on the ocean floor, the kraken stopped pursuit ... it didn't matter how far down we were ... and we shot arrows and spells at him and not a single one hit him (even though we were at tentacle length from him)

Getting to a low enough spot where we can spawn the mount... hopping on the mount ... and if necessary, running away long enough to where you can get deep enough for the kraken not to hit you .. but then he just floats there like a sausage "at his spawn point" exactly as he's supposed to ... but when I start launching arrows ... the game doesn't recognize it. We were under the ocean for hours screwing around and not one thing would spawn while we were casing the ocean floor .. someone had to be swimming on the surface to spawn .. so I don't think it's just me or what we were doing. Using the given trick may be cool, but it has no added functionality as you can't kill anything beneath the ocean.
