Base Attributes - What is the best way to increase them? : DFO - General / Guide - Discussions

I'm trying to understand how base attributes play a part in this game. Is it more important to have higher skills or base attributes (Str, Dex, etc..). I have heard that resoucing is the best way to increase the base attributes, is that correct?

Swiming seems to be the fastest way to raise Quickness, im allready at 70, swiming also raises STR and Vit, but slower. For Wisdom, I hear Harvesting Herbs is the best way.
