Run to against it, ideally in a corner. Log out, log in.
Repeat until inside.

Try relogging more often or at a better place.
It does work. 100%
What Iolo describes also works, even better, but it is hard to grab if not shown ingame how to do it.

you can do it on top of a elf style tree house and fall into the tree.

You can do it in clan walls the same way if you log in at a corner facing it or in the side of a mountain.

Its kinda old information.

If a building is slanted you can walk up the slant with a horse till its nearly vertical (walk, not run) and then rotate it till your character is completely inside, dismount and despawn your mount.

The horse method is the only good one.

Find any angle part of the wall and rock the horse up and down on it, by walking up and down in this fashion you will make yourself more and more vertical, you ideally want the horse going straight upward.

once you are pretty much vertical do the spin dismount and unsummon.

All this being said, I personally recommend against macroing in buildings. Your about 12 months too late to do this, its an old, bad trick.

I made a post about a macro i have that automatically restocks from your bank which is 10x safer against bans and losing all your !@#$%^&* if somebody radars or wall hacks you.
