Time how long you need to hold down a key, then program that into the macro.

it depends on your mouse sensitivity

in autohotkey you need to time the amount of time it takes. To turn directly around, you would need to check the documentation of the game, to see if there was an about face command.

this is very easy to do in autoit. just make a function that moves the mouse said distance laterally at top speed, and it is independent of mouse sensitivity. i am thinking about putting this function in my uberscript, which will be available soon.

Mine is almost perfect now, just some minor tweaking. Made in Oscar for A4TechMouse.

Even if ye cant use it i might give an idea how to make it work.
It made it a amc file i just copy pasted from notebook.
