extrmely odd. hamburg is a whore for the industry. always have been. its so absurd. many of my constitutional rights have been violated from my perspective. the value we are argueing about ahs been specified with 50k euro by blizzard.

now how could this mr. rice guy actually be saying their damage weighing so much heavier than my constitutional rights?! 50k? 50k against what, a family being destroyed? a man driven towards complete and utter insanity, a daughter suffering for decades to come? 50.000 measely euros?! a company like blizzard?

ive been wondering what the !@#$%^&* is wrong with this country for many years. if this becomes a sad truth and my daughter has to suffer emotionally for life under our court system and the misinterpretation of the very principles our society is built on, ill make it my lifelong goal to expose and hurt whoever responsible. ive been known to pull through a lot of pain when i have a strong enough motive, but ive never set my mind to damaging a person or group of persons. i just dont see how me being punished so !@#$%^&* severely stands in ANY SORT OF relation to the claimed damage ive done.

i poste a lot of details on the whole story on blizzkrieg.net and some on ownedcore. the fragmented nature of my mind is reflecting in the forum structure though, i cant find a single of my postings lol.

Ouch sorry. Well here hoping the lawsuit via honorbuddy wins and ends that lawsuit stuff. However i dont know how anyone could threaten with criminal matters on a civil case. Im not a pro with the german legal system but thats seems odd.

this is not my site. i was naive enough to ask a guy named "Tom" (VodkaWow) to create a site for me. It's his now. The last message I got from him (out of nowhere, hadnt spoken to him for a month) was:

it was weird as hell, coming out of nowhere... anyway, this was the first instance of my rights being raped.



ive talked to my lawyer(s) 5mins ago and have some clarity now. this might play out better than expected... how ironic that this project is called blizzkrieg.

im so !@#$%^&* grateful there are people out there who show some genuine interest for a random mentally ill student without a single buck in his pockerts who thoguht itd be clever to get into coding. other lawyers ive met in my life havent been so supportive and willing to adapt their strategy and goals to a clients preferences.
