Just got an email from paypal about a guy i just power leveled trying to recall his money.

i would recomend not buying anything from austrailia they are scamming people , and what i found out is that paypal has to obide by their laws witch means if the Aussies feel they have been scammed online they have to get all their money back, i had about 6 people chargeback from new south wales its an EPIDEMIC ! lol sucks but yeah

Yea if you keep it in USA mainly you should be fine. You can try your luck with EURO players but that comes with a risk depending on where.
