is there anyway to like change the codeing in ur characters file to get a couple of more skill i jstu got killed by pirates and lost 1.2msp (forgot to pgrade clone)

no, of course not, because the character files are stored on the eve servers.
thats the case in every mmorgp.
u cant change ur character coz everything is stored on the internet servers.
