Simple/cheap/effective set up : EVE Online General Discussions

I found out, that for all those people out there who are basically noobs, that a simple and cheap battle set up is to take an Incursus (or any frigate similar to it) and slap on 3 blasters, an AB, a webber, a shield extender, and an armor repairer, and you're set.

So far with this little baby, I've been able to handle rats in .5 systems.

And the whole set up can be made with less than 500k.
